The Design Team
Popo Danes is widely regarded as one of Indonesias greatest living architects. With a client list that includes Oberoi Hotels and Orient Express Hotels, as well as numerous private clients all over the world, Popo is both a guardian of Balinese traditions and an inventor of new architectural principles.
Richard North-Lewis gained fame as a stone artist with installations at the Four Seasons in Cyprus, Chinawhite Restaurant in London and, here in Bali, the entrance to the KuDeTa. Since then, he as gained commissions from the Oberoi in both Bali and Lombok, Four Seasons Sayan and, most spectacularily, to create one of Asias largest artworks, in the new terminal at Changi Airport, Singapore.
